A lot of us are blessed with small bathrooms and designing them can be a bit of a 'mare. You have to cram all the essentials into the smallest room in your house and yet it's still got to look stylish, minimalist and clutter free.

Luckily, B&Q have developed a new bathroom range with small space dwellers in mind. They based the designs on research gathered from speaking to customers and from visiting thousands of homes across Europe. The overall consensus seemed to be that we need more compact, modular bathroom furniture, we want better showers for small spaces, we want to be more conscious of the environment... and we hate cleaning toilets, so make that easier too, please.

So, B&Q developed a new innovative range based on what we actually want and need in a bathroom. Within the new collection there are multiple ranges, all aimed at different styles, but all perfect for smaller spaces.

The Imandra range (above) has been designed for small, busy bathrooms that see a ton of traffic and need plenty of storage. So each piece of furniture is as slim-lined as possible to make the space easier to move around, but they are all packed with loads of practical storage to keep it clutter-free.

If it's small bathroom storage ideas you are after, we have a whole feature on solutions so make sure you check that out.

There's also the Beloya space saving shower enclosure (above) in the collection. It looks super stylish and has NINE different opening options so you can pick the one that suits your space best.

There's even a range that has been designed with renters in mind (hallelujah). The Nantua range (above) is made up of a load of affordable, freestanding furniture that can just fit into your existing space. We promise they will give even the grimmest rented bathroom a stylish lift.

To acknowledge the fact that we are all trying to be more environmentally-friendly, B&Q have also released a range taps with built in aerators that still provide a strong water flow but save litres of water every minute.

And that we hate cleaning the toilet thing? Well they covered that too with the Cavally rimless toilet (above), that also has a quick release seat, to make everything more hygienic and easier to clean. We have a whole article on how to clean a toilet, so have a read for loads of tips and hacks.

Make sure you head over to the B&Q website to check out the entire collection.
