Shopping at Lidl on Black Friday has been a brilliant money-saving strategy in the past two years, and we’re looking forward to great deals this November

Anticipating the Lidl Black Friday sale and all the bargains it will bring. A whopping 72 per cent off a George Foreman grill made Lidl’s 2018 Black Friday sale one not to miss. In 2019? We’re anticipating the store will be one to visit in the Black Friday sales.

Dedicated bargain finders know that you need to go to a store rather than tap at your keyboard to save at Lidl right now (although we have heard the buzz about an online service in the works – watch this space).

For now, though, this is what we know about Lidl's Black Friday event. Get ready for the trolley dash...

When is the Lidl Black Friday sale?

Last year’s bargains were available from 23rd November, and as soon as we get confirmation of a Black Friday bonanza from Lidl this year, and when it starts, we’ll bring you the breaking news. However, it's safe to assume that it'll start on Black Friday itself, which is 29th November.

What’s on offer in Lidl’s 2019 Black Friday sale?

The discounter hasn’t shared the secrets of its Black Friday deals for 2019 yet. But Lidl is a top place to save on kitchen appliances like slow cookers, household essentials like vacuum cleaners, TVs and gadgets. And we can’t forget the great deals on food and drink, of course.

In 2018, a Toshiba 43in Full HD Smart LED TV was reduced from £349 to £199 by Lidl. And you could crack through the chores with a bargain Vax Cordless Slimvac 22V marked down from £149.99 to £79.99 – that’s almost 50 per cent off both of these home must-haves.

Lidl’s treated us to a small kitchen appliances sale recently, with amazing deals on vital kitchen kit like a slow cooker, toaster and kettle – and we’re eagerly awaiting similar bargains for Black Friday weekend. Right now? There's a baking essentials sale on – but we expect the bargains to get hotter each week.

We’ve loved the latest bargains from Lidl, too, including the wake-up light reduced from £17.99 from £29.99, and the classic wooden children’s toys that have top-end looks at unbelievable prices.

Lidl’s super-chic, super-cheap Scandi-style furniture has caught our eye recently, too. More on Black Friday? We’ll be hoping – and sharing with you as soon as we know.
