Zara Home is one of our fave places to shop all year round, but at Christmas they really get it spot on. Year after year, the decor is always gorgeous and subtle with a touch of that traditional rustic feel we all love, and the 2020 collection is no exception. Everything is this new range is cosy and inviting and just a touch nostalgic too with all the reds and greens and natural elements they have gone for this year.
We have rounded up our fave pieces from the Zara Home Christmas collection, and we think all of our picks could for sure go up right now – we all need some cheer in our homes to see us through November, so why wait, get up the festive decs ASAP!

1. Add a glint of gold to your picture frames
Is this not the most beautiful subtle Christmas decoration you have ever seen? This Christmas Leaf Hook can be hung on the tree, it does have a cute red velvet ribbon, but we love this idea of tucking it behind a picture frame to add some festive vibes to other areas of your home. It's big enough to hang on a door too as a contemporary alternative to a wreath.
2. Pick up a very realistic looking garland
Of course, you could spend hours building your own garland, picking your own foliage, drying your own oranges, but wouldn't this Zara garland just make it so much easier? Plus it looks so realistic, no one need know you didn't spend the weekend hunting down pine cones in the rain and making it yourself.
We think this is more of a winter decoration than a Christmas decoration so get it on your mantlepiece now! Add in some candles to complete the cosy, rustic look.

3. Hang a stylish wreath
Half wreaths have been everywhere for the last few years and we love the rustic look they bring. The colours in this Christmas Leave Wreath are lovely and neutral too, slightly autumnal even, so wouldn't look out of place on your front door throughout November. Come December you could give it a festive makeover by adding in some red berries too.
4. Switch out your cushions for something festive
Switching out your cushions is a great way to bring some festive feels into your living room or bedroom, and if you don't love soft furnishings that are covered in reindeer and jolly Santa faces beaming up at you – check out this embroidered snowflake cushion. It's subtle and festive! It looks gorgeous with the neutral, warm brown tones of this linen bedding too if you are looking for a seasonal bedroom makeover.

5. Choose some subtle Christmas bedding
We know Christmas bedding isn't for everyone. We know not all of you will want to sleep under sheets covered in dancing elves or skiing penguins or sausage dogs in bobble hats BUT this Zara Christmas bedding and it's so subtly festive that even you haters will approve...
6. Bring some traditional Christmas patterns into the kitchen
Despite being the centre of all the action at Christmas, the kitchen can be a bit neglected when it comes to decor. But cute festive tea towels can bring some festive vibes and are practical too! We love the traditional, very Scandi-style, print of this set from Zara's new collection.
7. Light a Christmas candle to immediately feel more festive
Zara fragrances are known for smelling incredible, and really high end too. Their Christmas candle this year is Gingerbread, and we know that these kinds of Christmas baking candles can be a bit sickly, but this one certainly isn't. It's spicy and warm and you get that lovely cinnamon smell without it being overwhelmingly sweet.
