Danish store Jysk has been on our radar for a while now – we have been desperate to get into a store and see if it really isn't just too good to be true. The pieces are super stylish, look to be lovely quality, but the prices are so cheap! So we were very excited to see that Jysk are opening six more stores in the UK and are obviously online too, so you can shop affordable Danish homeware to your heart's content.

1. Switch up your cabinet displays on a budget
Got a sideboard, a display cabinet or even a coffee table that you like to decorate? Switching up these spaces every few months is a really easy way to give your home a little seasonal makeover. Jysk have so many affordable decor pieces to suit all styles, but we love this simple monochrome look using planters, baskets, and a touch of natural textures with the dried flowers.
2. Update your crockery
If your plates are looking a bit worse for wear, Jysk is a great place to pick up some really cheap, really stylish replacements. How cute are these stoneware plates? They are just £4.50 each but look so much more, and that slightly rustic look stoneware gives is bang on trend too. Mix and match it with the olive-toned side plates to complete the look.

4. Browse bargain furniture
Jysk make stylish Scandi-style furniture too, and loads of it is designed for small spaces, which is something we always like to see. Check out this dining set, it's only £80 and would squeeze into the corner of a small kitchen, or add some extra seating to an open plan space.

5. Find a new home for your house plants
