You know the saying about dogs that look like their owners? If you've ever done a double take at someone walking their dog in your local park because their hair is exactly like their dog's, you'll know what we're talking about. Or maybe that person is you (rest assured, we're not trying to diss your latest haircut)?
If you regularly receive comments (let's call them compliments) about how much you resemble your pooch, you should give the Dogpelganger competition a go. It's run by Canine Cottages, experts in dog-friendly accommodation, and all it requires from you is a photo of you and your canine companion, which you submit via Facebook.
The prize? A £500 voucher towards your next holiday. The winning pair will be chosen by an expert panel of dog loving judges, although other users will also be able to vote for their favourite.
The competition is now open and closes on 18th September 2019 at 11:59pm. you have to be 18 to enter (no age limit for the dog, obvs), and if you're entering a photo that's not of yourself, you need the person's permission. Not sure if the dog has to sign a model release form. One entry per person. You'd be barking mad to miss out.
