Halloween is not all about pumpkin pie – how about making things even more fun with Halloween cocktails*? Think dry gin, orange liqueurs of various kinds, and, of course, plenty of Prosecco. These gorgeous Halloween cocktail recipes are from Slingsby gin, and they are spooktacular (sorry, sorry).

1. Slingsby Gooseberry Halloween Punch

Ingredients

You will need: 

  • 1 Part Gooseberry Gin
  • 1 Part Cloudy Apple Juice
  • ½ Part Lime Juice
  • ¼ Elderflower Cordial
  • Prosecco
  • Mint leaves, sliced cucumber and white grapes, to garnish

2. Slingsby Marmalade Halloween Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 Part Marmalade Gin
  • 1 Part Blood Orange juice
  • ½ Part Lemon Juice
  • 1 Jar of Marmalade Preserve
  • Prosecco 
  • Orange and grenadine slices, to ganish

3. Jack O Lantern

  • 10ml aperol
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 20ml orange juice
  • 25ml London dry gin
  • Prosecco, a splash, to top up
  • Orange zest, to garnish

  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml vermouth
  • Rosemary, a sprig, and grapefruit slices to garnish

5. Ectoplasm Grimlet

Believe it or not, this cocktail recipe has been created by Ghostbusters Director Paul Feig. It doesn't get much more Halloween than this!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces Artingstall’s Brilliant London Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce Midori
  • Candy corn, to garnish
