Buying a turkey and need side dishes? We suggest one of them should be the Tesco finest stuffing wreath with pigs in blankets and cranberry compote. The Good Housekeeping Institute gave this the number one spot in the stuffing category of its Christmas taste tests, remarking on its ‘rich flavours’. What do you get? Pork, cranberry and apple sausage meat stuffing, pork cocktail sausages wrapped in streaky bacon, and a cranberry, redcurrant jelly, port and red wine vinegar confit, topped with parsley and cranberries. Hurrah for Christmas.

The Good Housekeeping Institute ‘adored the crispy crackling, salty-sweet maple flavour and warming alcohol undertones’. Sounds good to us.
