Alicia Keys has bought Razor House in La Jolla, California, for $20 million. Which, apparently, was a bargain

We love Alicia Keys. She's super talented both as a singer and songwriter, she's famously renounced wearing make-up (and looks all the more gorgeous for it), and now she's bought America's coolest home. For over $20 million. Which, considering it was originally listed for $45 million, isn't too shabby. And, once you've seen what this house looks like, you'll begin to understand what all the fuss is about.

Razor House is located in La Jolla, California, and offers amazing views of the Pacific. Its wrap-around, glass courtyard construction featuring several terraced storeys lets in maximum sunlight/moonlight/starlight for a super airy effect.

And the 10,240-square-foot property is really luxurious, featuring (among many other things) a rooftop spa, six baths, and a home gym. Razor House was previously home to Theodore 'Dr. Seuss' Geisel, actor Gregory Peck, Jonas Salk who developed the polio vaccine, astronaut Sally Ride, NFL pioneer Paul Brown and actress Raquel Welch.

Enough said, we know you all just want to look at it now.
