How long to cook chicken breast in the oven

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180ºC fan/gas mark 6.

2. Wrap the chicken breast in baking foil, leaving an opening at the top. Season and lightly drizzle with olive oil or rapeseed oil.

3. Place in an oven dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The foil method should help the chicken breast retain moisture.

4. Rest for a few minutes before slicing and putting in your favourite salad, wrap, or sandwich.
