Nutcracker sweet holiday coffee cocktail

Just like its namesake, this comforting drink will make you think of the holidays. Grab a couple of shortbread cookies and sip it by the fire. 

Ingredients

  • ½ oz [15 ml] crème de cacao 
  • ½ oz [15 ml] amaretto 
  • 6 to 8 oz [180 to 240 ml] hot coffee 
  • 2 Tbsp coffee ice cream 
  • Sliced almonds, for garnish

Method

Pour the crème de cacao and amaretto into an Irish coffee glass. Add coffee, leaving 1 in [2.5 cm] of space at the top. Stir until blended. Top with coffee ice cream and sliced almonds. Makes one drink.
