You better believe the hype when it comes to Aldi candles. We have burnt our way through many and can confirm that they are gorgeous. Not only are they super cheap, but the scents are divine – they smell so high-end, very similar to the more expensive brands we love. They also burnt really nicely, very evenly and don't let off a lot of smoke.

We could go on about our love for Aldi candles for a couple more paragraphs but we will refrain and just let you there are new scents being adding to the collection! They are part of the very swish (but still obviously very affordable) Hotel Collection and are available in-store and online now.

As with all good things at Aldi the new candles are selling out fast so you will have to be quick if you want to get your hands on them. Fear not if you are too late, just check out our round up of the best candles there are some gorgeous alternatives over there.

So with the new Aldi candle collection, you can choose from a single candle or candle and a reed diffuser. The reed diffuser and the candle are just £18.98 and they are massive! The candle has a 65 hour burn time and the diffuser lasts up to five months.

This is the pepper, rose amber and leather candle. How gorgeous is the packaging please? As you would expect the scent is very deep and musky but the rose does give it a lovely earthy floral undertone. Perfect for a bedroom or living room.

If you are after something softer, the tuberose, cashmere and ylang-ylang candle might be more up your street. It's fresher but still has a warmth to it that's very calming. You could burn this in any room of the house.

And for fans of fruity scents there's this peachy candle. Perfect for this time of year, it's light and fresh and soft and lovely. Our favourite of the new scents actually and isn't too strong so could be used as a kitchen candle.
