Discover the 7 minute workout that's taken the fitness world by storm – no equipment required and no need to leave the house

Home workouts are super popular right now, with an increasing number of gyms and fitness studios closing by the day, and the government encouraging us all to spend as much time at home as possible. 

The difficulty can be knowing where to get started, particularly if you're working with minimal equipment. That's where the 7 minute workout comes in, offering the opportunity to enjoy (if enjoy is the right word) a full body workout in just 7 minutes. 

All of these exercises rely on bodyweight alone, so don't require any equipment and can be completed from the comfort of your own home. To hit your 7 minutes, you'll need to repeat each of the exercises below for 30 seconds, with a 5 second break in between. It may seem easy, but you'll certainly work up a sweat by the end.
