It requires no equipment, can be enjoyed by people of all fitness levels and is also comprised of what blogger Cassey Ho calls 'quiet workouts,' meaning you won't have to worry about disturbing downstairs neighbours while working out – also great news if you detest star jumps as much as we do.
Because we're all being encouraged to stay home as much as possible in a bid to minimise the spread of Coronavirus. And because some of us are self isolating, it's important that we keep a closer eye on our mental, and physical, health. These simple, yet effective, workouts are perfect for helping release endorphins and will keep you fit in the process.

At the moment, as long as you're not showing symptoms it's still possible to go outside for short walks, or runs, as long as you maintain a good amount of distance from others. This, coupled with a good daily workout routine, is a great option for staying fit without having to go to the gym.
