Six (seven?) weeks in, you might be looking for inspiration for new home workouts. If you're on the hunt for awesome dumbbell exercises to build muscle and improve toning, you've come to the right place. Perfect for helping you stay strong and active – as well as aiding your mental health during what is a pretty challenging time – Zanna Van Dijk's epic arm workouts are fun and effective. And we don't think that combo can be beaten.

As you might expect, you'll need to pick up a set of the best dumbbells (find some below or in our guide) – that is if you don't already have some or if you're looking to graduate from the tin cans – and might also benefit from the addition of a yoga mat. Aside from that, you can rely on Zanna to provide the moves. All you need to do is check out her awesome workout routines on Instagram (we've also linked some of our favourites below) and from there you're pretty much good to go.

Each of the workouts we've included below are under 15 minutes – which means even the busiest of folk can find time to fit one in – and focus on building and toning your arms (ooh and a little bit of abs...surprise!) Check them out below for fresh inspiration...
