Stove manufacturers ESSE have supported ‘The Bothy Project’ by providing a white ESSE Plus 1 cooker for their new exhibition space ‘Pig Rock Bothy’.

Situated at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, ‘Pig Rock Bothy’ is a temporary event space created for Generation, an exhibition celebrating 25 years of contemporary art in Scotland. The space will later move to Assynt in north west Scotland to become a permanent feature.

The ESSE Plus 1 cooker has been designed with durability in mind. Ideal for remote locations, the wood fired cooker maximises the energy efficiency of the fuel used while minimising its emissions.
