Love a good chalk paint? Us too. And that's why we are so excited to see that our fave makers of Chalky Furniture Paint, Rust-Oleum, have just launched a wall paint. Oooh, and it looks so nice. If you like that rustic, slightly unfinished (but in a good way) look, you should try painting a wall with Rustoleum's new Chalky Finish Wall Paint.
We have rounded up five looks your could re-create using this fab new product, plus where you can pick it up from online. If you are after more paint ideas head over to our hub page for plenty of inspiration.
1. Add a subtle colour block wall with neutrals
We love colour blocking, but you do often see it used with very bright bold colours, but if you are a colourphobe you can still create the same look with neutrals. This stripe was painted with Rustoleum's Hessian and the wall with Chalk White. It's a great way to add a bit of subtle interest to a otherwise soft pale hued room.
2. Create a new colour scheme in your hallway
How fab is this grey hallway? Love the combination of the darker woodwork and the pale walls. This is a really easy look to copy yourself too, the walls have been painting with Flint and the floors Anthracite. If you want any tips on how to paint your stairs, head over to our guide.
3. Go for an all-white clean look
You can't go wrong with an all over white look. It works so well in smaller rooms or spaces that don't see too much natural light like hallways. Chalk White from the new collection is a great base for an all white colour scheme, because it's got a nice matt, chalky finish it softens too look and stops the room from feeling cold and unnaturally bright.
4. Pick a cool chalky grey for a modern look
The most popular colours in the new range are definitely the greys. Chalky finishes and cool colours do make a good combo. This is Winter Grey a lovely cool toned grey that would be perfect in light-filled rooms that won't feel cold when using such an icy colour. It looks amazing combined with black – simple and chic.

5. Add a wall of grown up pink
There are some lovely pastels in the collection too, including a gorgeous Duck Egg. But we can't resist a dusky pink – and in this range that comes in the form of China Rose. It's the perfect, what we like to call, grown up pink, not too bright, not too sweet just a lovely almost plaster pink that's made even more lovely by the chalky finish of the new formula.
