Purely Electrique Mesh Mat Electric Underfloor Heating

Mesh Mat electric underfloor heating mats are designed and manufactured to the highest quality and are intended to give a fast and even distribution of heat when installed under tiles, vinyl, Amtico and Karndean flooring. The heating mats come in a range of sizes from 1.0m² up to 12.0m² and can be combined to cover larger floor areas, for example a requirement of 16.5m² of heating can be made up by a 12.0m² mat and a 4.5m² mat.

The Mesh Mat heating systems are made with a Fluoropolymer insulated heating cable. The heating cable is woven into an adhesive-backed white fibreglass mesh that allows for simple roll-out installation, without worrying about cable spacing to give an efficient and effective heat output. This system is only 3mm in thickness and is available in 100W/150W/200W per m², making it a viable heating solution for all types of rooms, whether it is a primary or secondary heat source, out-building or conservatory.

The efficiency of the heating system is significantly increased with the use of our Insu-Tech insulation boards which are either 6mm or 10mm thick and are 1200mm x 600mm boards. Insu-Tech insulation boards have a high compressive strength (30tonnes/m²), are light weight, have high efficiency and a low cost which make this thermal board an ideal choice when fitting electric underfloor heating on to a concrete or screed base.
