Proud to exhibit at the Homebuilding & Renovating Shows. Fairgrove is a family home building business formed in 1995, by Steve & Christine Midgley and has grown into a regional developer of new homes building up to 50 new homes per year. As a locally run business, the company has developed its dedicated small team to ensure all its employees work to meet customers’ varied requirements. Fairgrove's designs are always planned for minimum external maintenance, and although the company primarily use masonry construction, it is also adapting to use more sustainable, zero carbon methods such as timber frame and SIPs.
