Since its introduction in 2010 the showroom only premium brand has grown from strength to strength, offering a truly comprehensive choice for all tastes and functions. The Collection is distributed throughout the North & Ireland via approved specialist retailers.

The collection takes inspiration from classical design themes and infuses them with contemporary design principles to offer a variety of high quality products. The range, built on over 60 years of experience in the fireplace industry, features natural stone sourced from quarries all over the globe.

The focus is not simply on what they make but how they make it. The company’s traditional manufacturing methods ensure years of enjoyment from timeless design and specialist staff to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Every appliance in the Penman Collection has been expertly designed and crafted and is produced using quality materials.

Over the past year the penman Collection has grown from strength to strength with the introduction of the first balanced flue gas fire to the range, the Vega B7. The B7 balanced flue stove is a British designed and engineered stove manufactured in partnership with Thermocet from Holland. Manufactured in high quality cast iron the stove boasts efficiencies of up to 75% and features a remote controlled gas engine with an output of 5.4kW. The high definition ceramic logs provide the perfect finish creating a truly authentic look.

One of the most innovative aspects of the stove is that there is no need for an existing chimney to be present. This is all due to the clever features of our balanced flue system. Not only does this make for a highly efficient and safe appliance, but when combined with our concentric flue components, the stove can be positioned in virtually any part of the home with a relatively simple ‘chimney column’ built around it or as a free standing appliance.

This season sees the introduction of a range of Olsberg freestanding contemporary cylindrical stoves to the collection. Established in 1577 Olsberg is one of the oldest family-run companies in Germany. Based on stable cast iron, they bring a new approach to design, technology, finish and material selection.
