From its humble base in Liverpool, Taskers has, over the past fifty years, established itself as one of the UK’s largest and most reputable independent DIY and home stores. Its repertoire of products has expanded to include everything you could possibly need for your home - from furniture to gardening products, to DIY and decorating supplies, to plumbing and heating solutions.

Originally, Taskers operated out of a number of small outlets scattered across Liverpool. Alongside its base of joinery and shopfitting services, Taskers also provided a range of traditional hardware products that proved very increasingly popular. So popular, in fact, that the retail side expanded to cater for a growing base of customers. With the demand for DIY spiking in the 60s and 70s, Taskers grew exponentially, and acquired a suitably diverse product range to match.

Taskers stocks an unparalleled range of quality home products. The strength of their relationships with a number of the industry’s leading brands allows Taskers to provide its customers with the best possible products at the best possible prices. The likes of Halo, Tetrad, Nolte, Tempur and Parker Knoll are just a few of many excellent brands that are available at Taskers.

Taskers started with a £10 loan to its founder Jack Tasker, and, in spite of its rapid growth, the business remains a family-run one to this day. It is this firmly family ethos that has catalysed Taskers’ success. An understanding of customers’ wants, needs and desires and a commitment to providing great value for money has been the driving force behind Taskers’ stellar reputation.

Whether you are looking for something as creative as wallpaper for your new living room or wood panelling for your new kitchen, you are sure to find the solution at Taskers. In keeping with their desire to keep the customer at the forefront of their concerns at all time, please do not hesitate to get in touch on the dedicated helpline at 0151 330 5400.
