1. House plants reduce background noise

This is a winner for anyone working from home right now as there's nothing more intrusive, when you're trying to concentrate, than the sound of roadworks, noisy passersby, and the likes filtering into your home office space. Thankfully, noise reduction is one of the great benefits of houseplants and so a Monstera deliciosa or another of your favorite house plants could offer a sound solution.
