We don't want to jinx it – and we know it's probably just a false alarm – but did anyone else think that last week felt a bit, dare we say... spring-like? We noticed it's getting lighter later and the sun has actually graced us with his presence. And you know what we all love to do when we get that first hint of a change in season? A spring clean, obviously.

Luckily, Ikea have just bought out a gorgeous range to get you inspired to get your home a bit more sorted this month. Keep scrolling to take a look and head over to our cleaning hub page for loads of practical tips to get your started.

1. Ikea's carpet beater: better wall-hung than beating carpets?

Because who doesn't need a carpet beater in 2020? Let's be honest we probably aren't buying this because we are going to spend the weekend beating our carpets (although fair if you are, all credit to you). We are actually buying this because it will look adorable hung on the wall. And it's only £4.25!

2. Ikea's 'cleaning cupboard' is just dreamy storage

Switching up your storage is a great way to feel like you have made a start on the spring clean. This is actually an open wardrobe but it makes for really lovely storage for your laundry bits and bobs. Add in some baskets for a nice rustic touch, and a place to store your detergent, fabric conditioner, pegs and what not.

3. Ikea's spray bottle = less plastic waste and fewer chemicals

And for all the homemade cleaning products you are going to be making over the next few weeks, best get yourself a new spray bottle. Or team it with an e-cloth and fill it with water and get cleaning chemical-free.

This one is just £1.91, and as far as spray bottles go we think it's pretty cute. For loads of tips for how to make cleaning products without commercial products, head to our guide.

4. Ikea's octopus hanger is Insta-worthy

This hanger would be really nifty for storing, or drying your clothes and tea towels. Much prettier than those plastic octopus things you can get, and this is just £4.25.

5. Hanging storage for the garden? We'll bring ours indoors

More very handy, hanging storage. Here it's been used as storage in the garden, but it would be great for shoes in the hallway, hung on the back of a door in a pantry for veggies or just in the bedroom for organising all your hair straighteners, hair dryer and what not.
