We'd never say no to the most expensive villa in Beverly HIlls, but now that it's the bleakest mid-December, we're especially keen on America's most expensive home, Villa Firenze, which will be going to auction on January 26th with no reserve and no minimum bid.

Yes, you heard that right – the sky's the limit with how expensive this exclusive property could get, but it's currently listed for a mere $160 million. There's plenty here to covet, not least the 10-acre grounds with landscaped gardens, a separate pool pavilion with a pool house, a fountain, and parking space for up to 30 cars.

For those who like walking and spending time outside, there are rose gardens, lawns, and verandas for outdoor entertaining. Also, the landscaped motor court feature 40-foot palm trees.

Inside, the lucky new owner will be welcomed by 13 bedrooms, 17 full baths and eight half baths. But the main charm of the property is not so much the size as the exquisite Old World style. It's not called Villa Firenze for nothing – coffered ceilings, arched hallways, fireplaces, and outstanding furnishings all create the look and feel of a Tuscan villa fit for the Medici.

The big question is, of course – will this astounding property sell, and if it does, for how much? It will be auctioned by Concierge Auctions in cooperation with agents Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills on January 26th, and will be the most expensive property ever to go on auction. The lucky winning bidder will rub shoulders with Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, and Mark Wahlberg, among other residents of the exclusive Beverly park community.
