IKEA lovers, there's an advent calendar just for you this year. Forget chocolate advent calendars, beauty advent calendars, or even fancy candle advent calendars.

Because IKEA has its own one filled with everything from Christmas biscuits to a meatball coupon. The best advent calendars are, of course, essential for getting into the festive spirit - and you're never, ever too old for one.

This one will go down particularly well with IKEA fans in your life.

The new Vintersaga advent calendar costs just $12.99 and depicts a fun and festive scene. There are ice skating gnomes surrounding a cozy-looking home with a snow-covered roof.

The Scandi design of the purse-friendly calendar strikes the perfect balance between being stylish and minimalist, as well as fun and nostalgic. Which is pretty much what we all want from our festive decor, non?

At the moment, you can only buy the IKEA-themed advent calendar in store - all the more reason to plan a visit to pick up some great Christmas decoration ideas. And the Swedish powerhouse has a ton of cute Christmas tree decorating ideas this year.

We are loving the range of cute paper ornaments that are super affordable and sustainable.

As you count down the days and open the card windows of the IKEA advent calendar, you'll find lots of festive IKEA-themed treats inside. There are chocolate bars, a $5 IKEA voucher, German chocolate with praline, and a free Swedish meatball or 'plantball' voucher.

The IKEA advent calendar is also Rainforest Alliance Certified. This means it was made using methods that support the three pillars of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental.

We're sure these will sell like hotcakes - if you don't manage to get your hands on one, you could always get creative with a homemade advent calendar. There are lots of felt advent calendars on Amazon you could fill with a mix of sweet treats, IKEA decorations, travel minis and toys.

A DIY calendar doubles up as Christmas decor, bringing a festive vibe to your living space. We'll be keeping an eye out for the IKEA calendar when we next head into the store. Will you be adding this to your IKEA wish list?
