When it comes to the perfect location for a dream home, we won't blame you if Florida is the first place you think of. And now, there's a very special house going in Miami that we think is impossible not to want. This place has so many awesome features that we've been daydreaming about ever since laying our eyes on it. Not that we can afford it. But we CAN look.

The 'La Casa Palma', located in 580 Sabal Palm Road, Miami, is is a contemporary estate of nearly 30,000 square feet, with breathtaking views of the waterfront. The house was designed by world-renowned Architect Kobi Karp, no less, and boasts an airy, open-plan design perfect for enjoying the bay views from its many rooms.

Speaking of the many rooms, this property is not stingy on space, to say the least. There are six bedrooms and nine bathrooms (oh yes, we could get used to that), a movie theater, gym, spa, wine cellar, glass elevator, reflection pond and a separate guest house with private entry and sunset deck. The words 'sunset deck' pretty much clinched it for us.

Oh, and if you wondering what cooking facilities there are, you could choose to cook in the chef's summer kitchen, which is built into the pool area. Dinner al fresco has just acquired a whole new meaning.

'La Casa Palma' is listed by Chad Carroll with Compass for $20 million. Chad Carroll, President of The Carroll Group at Compass, said of the property:

'Every detail was thoughtfully designed to build the ultimate Miami home, taking advantage of the unobstructed water views overlooking the Miami Beach skyline. The 1,800 square foot master bedroom is designed like a glass box extending over the bay and you feel like you are floating above the water, it’s really special.

'One of my favorite design features are the fully collapsible floor-to-ceiling glass doors that blur the line between inside and outside for a true Miami feel. There is natural light beaming through while also being designed in a way that creates privacy.

'This home was built for entertaining, with an open floor plan, gorgeous airy kitchen, 50-foot bayfront infinity-edge lap pool, built-in chefs summer kitchen, and movie theatre. There is also a dock big enough to park a yacht so you can head out for a day on the water at any time.'

Now, we need to very quickly find someone who'll give us $20 million – the sunset deck alone is surely worth it.
