Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald has listed French Montana’s huge, $5m LA home - and he could be appearing on the show. The revelation came in an interview airing on FUBAR Radio on Thursday, and now we just can't wait for season 4.
The FUBAR Radio show is hosted by reality star Bobby Norris from TOWIE and journalist Stephen Leng. During the interview, Bobby asked Mary, 'Have you seen or noticed, are there more celebs that are trying to list their homes through you guys since the huge success off the back of the show? Are celebs going, right, help us flog our house?’
‘Well, I have a celeb client I'm listing his home for today,’ Mary replied. 'Ooh, can you give us any tea, Mary?’ Bobby asked.
‘Yeah. I think you guys may have heard of him. French Montana,’ she said.
'Oh, wow. Okay,' said Stephen.
Mary added, ‘You guys will see it. It'll be probably on my Instagram today cause we're listing it, yeah, literally today.’ Stephen asked if French Montana will be in Selling Sunset season 4, to which Mary replied, ‘I think he probably will, yeah. He's open to it.’
Bobby said, ‘And how much is French asking for his house? Just out of interest. I might put in an offer.’ To which Mary replied, 'Just a mere $5 million.'
The famous realtor has indeed shared the listing on her Instagram, where she reveals more details on the 5-bed, 6-baths property that French Montana bought from Selena Gomez back in 2016.
‘Located in the private and highly exclusive Mureau Estates gated community of Hidden Hills, this sprawling 3-acre celebrity-owned compound sits past a private gated driveway and large motor court,’ the caption reads.
The home has floor-to-ceiling windows, five fireplaces, a wine cellar, theatre, bar, music studio, and spa-like bath among many other luxuries. Jason Oppenheim commented on the post, writing, 'We’re going to sell this immediately! I know it. Too much house for the $$$'
Many followers commented to say that it's on for a really good price, with one joking, 'Why has this show got me thinking $5,000,000 is cheap? Who do I think I am?'
