What is resin bound paving ?

Naturally occuring gravel, shingle and crushed granite are mixed with a specially formulated clear UV stable aliphatic polymer resin to form a mixture which is poured and then hand-trowelled to a smooth surface.

Quick and clean to lay

Clearstone Paving can lay the mixture straight onto your concrete or tarmac drive. They won't need to excavate. This means you get your new real stone gravel drive laid fast, simply and cleanly. They can complete most jobs within 1 or 2 days. And the resin only takes a few hours to dry, so you can quickly get back to using your drive the next day.

End result: a gorgeous gravel drive without the usual loose chippings.

New build

Or for your newly prepared driveway footings [MOT or scalpings] they can use a permeable system, which comprises of a layer of porous asphalt on your base, with a top surface of resin-bound paving. This system is permeable and so complies with all the SUDS regulations.

Groundworks for an existing drive

If you are widening your drive or it needs major repairs, you will need to do groundwork. Clearstone Paving can quote you for this extra work
