Vectaire Ltd is continually increasing and improving on its range of whole house heat recovery units with EC motors which have been tested by the Building Research Establishment and which meet the requirements of SAP Q testing for energy efficiency and compliance with building regulations.

They have up to 93% heat exchange efficiency and can be installed in lofts, cupboards or ceiling voids (several sizes to suit) . With their sophisticated control system they provide low level (low energy and cost) continuous ventilation in up to seven rooms controlling condensation and pollution by extracting moist, stale air and replacing it with fresh, filtered air to ensure proper ventilation throughout a dwelling. The integral heat exchange unit recovers heat from the stale, extracted air and uses it to raise the temperature of the incoming, fresh, filtered air to create a comfortable and healthy environment. The user can boost the speed when required by various remote switches.
