Shire have completed the investigation of subsidence problems for homeowners, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Loss Adjusters and Insurance Companies. By combining the skills of the surveyors, the geotechnical team and the construction teams we can offer a one stop shop for inspection, investigation and repair. The wide range of repair techniques we have available allows us to specify the most appropriate repair for a given problem, this could be mitigation measures such as tree removal or repairs such as piling, masonry reinforcement, ground injection or a combination of these processes.

We have completed the review of thousands of subsidence claims and this experience has allowed us to provide an expert structural reports service. These reports could be required where the cause of movement of a building is unknown or where there is dispute on either cause of movement or appropriate schemes of repair.
