Bespoke Full Design – Room by Room

Building your own home or adding to an existing one is a major undertaking and can be stressful as well as hugely rewarding. Whilst architects and builders specialise in construction, it pays to have someone help analyse what and how YOU want to use your new space so that power points, lighting, walls and furniture can all be sited at the planning stage and colours and styles of kitchen cabinetry, flooring and worktops can be established before purchase so every item works well with the next.

Likewise, if you’re building an extension, you may need help marrying the old with the new so that the new space blends seamlessly into the existing framework rather than looking like a clunky bolt on. A well planned loft or extension should also unlock potential in existing rooms which you may need help maximising

The bespoke room design service is for people who want a totally bespoke look for their home. An initial home visit will set the overall style, colour palette and rooms the scheme will cover plus items the design will incorporate. Additionally, elements such as natural light, storage, family usage, space planning and client tastes will be discussed so that the initial concept designs will be appropriate to the client.

The following directional meeting presents up to three concepts with samples of fabrics, furnishings, flooring and lighting to ensure the client can tailor the finished design to their personal taste.

The final design visit is presented with mood boards, suggested floor plan, price guidelines and fabric samples to ensure the client fully understands the design and can choose to self install or discuss the elements they would like help with.

I often advise clients on a budget to use this option to set a blueprint for their home using one room and then self design the other rooms on the same principles.

£350 including VAT per room.
